Amilka Lee, born in Cuba in 1974 and raised in Spain. He works for his company, Coffee Lovers Roasters, focused on coffee sales, coffee training and consulting for other companies in the industry.
Andrea Pettinari is from Cagliari on the Italian island of Sardinia in Italy. He is Head of Coffee at Caffè dell’Arte Specialty Coffee, a specialty cafè and roastery focused on developing the culture of high quality coffee.
Adhi Jusuf lives in San Francisco Bay Area, California. He has work in IT field for more than 20 years; he has also worked alongside with Bryan Theonardo who is a SCA certified barista, Q grader and master roaster. They co-founded Beaneka Specialty Coffee and Roastery in 2019
David Stefanik is from Slovakia and he had worked in England for the last 4 years, covering various positions: barista, head barista and manager. He recently moved to Netherlands, where he is going to work as barista at a coffee shop in Amsterdam.
Ben Morrow is the co-founder of Manhattan coffee roasters, which is a small specialty coffee roastery based in Rotterdam, NL. He is originally from Melbourne, Australia. Besides being one of the founders he is in charge of green sourcing, producer partnerships and the head roaster of the company as well.
Paolo Scimone, coffee roaster (and owner of His Majesty the Coffee), trainer and consultant. I’m travelling all over the World doing consultancy for various roastery, from the smallest to the biggest. I born in Monza (Italy) but now living in London.
Alvin is the owner of 20grams Coffee Roastery in Singapore. He has been in the coffee industry for 8 years and a large part of his day-to-day job is being a head roaster and green coffee buyer for the roastery.
Erin Hunt she is from Jacksonville Florida, and is the creative director for Finca Bonaguía.
Rafael Motta Maggion, was born in 1984 – in Sao Paulo, Brazil. His work comprehends investment funds in Brazil, but in 2017 he has entered the world of gastronomy as a hobby by doing a beer sommelier course.
Wendelien van Bunnik, 33, and she lives in Utrecht, the Netherlands. She is an independent coffee trainer, coach and consultant; a company that she has started after becoming Dutch Barista Champion, Dutch Aeropress Champion and World Aeropress Champion in 2019
