Formerly The Capsule Neo-Bistro, the concept changed name and direction in January 2026, with chef Alex Horbenko and Lilith Krychevska leading the new project.
The menu combines Portuguese ingredients with Ukrainian, Asian and other international influences, featuring dishes such as octopus hotdog, beef tongue sandwich, mushroom French toast and salmon with poached egg. The kitchen also makes its own milk bread and fermented ingredients. Coffee from 94º is served alongside matcha, teas, Portuguese wines and creative drinks. The Plate operates Tuesday to Sunday at Rua do Crucifixo 71.
