Grandmother Roastery

Grandmother Roastery is a micro-specialty coffee roastery in Dubai’s Al Quoz district, built around a straightforward idea: put the coffee first. Established in 2016, the roastery works with specialty-graded green coffees selected for quality, consistency and character, then develops them in small batches on Giesen equipment.

Its range moves across single origins from Colombia, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Brazil, Panama and beyond, with coffees developed for filter, espresso and milk-based drinks. The warehouse space also functions as a café, tasting room and training venue, with cuppings and SCA-oriented coffee education forming part of the wider operation.
