In 2014, Matt Hampton and Joe Molloy founded Rumble Coffee Roasters with a fierce mission: roast exceptional specialty coffee and completely disrupt the industry through radical transparency. Operating from their roastery and espresso bar in Kensington, Melbourne, the team rejects compromised omniroasting. Instead, they craft bespoke, dedicated profiles for espresso and filter to let each origin’s unique flavors genuinely explode.
As a proud certified B-Corp, Rumble publishes the exact prices paid to global farmers, proving that world-class coffee can—and must—fairly sustain the hands that grow it. Firing up their energy-efficient Loring S35 Kestrel and classic Probat P-12, they deliver beautifully balanced blends and vibrant single origins for quality-driven cafes, home brewers alike.
