Beyond supplying cafés across Dubai, Encounter has built an educational side to the brand, with tasting sessions and brewing classes covering methods such as V60, AeroPress, Chemex and Syphon. It is a distinctly Dubai-born roaster shaped by Melbourne's specialty coffee culture.
