Arc Co Coffee Roastery

ARC COFFEE CO. is a specialty coffee roaster and café hybrid based in Balat, Istanbul. Founded by experienced professionals Uğur Gözcü and Ibrahim Yılmaz (the latter a Q Grader and AST), the company moved from supplying beans across the city to operating its own headquarters where selection, micro-batch roasting on a ROEST P3000, brewing and SCA-aligned training happen under one roof.

The focus is clear: high-quality lots (especially Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya and Central America), precise roasting that respects origin character, and proper service. The Balat space serves as both café and knowledge centre for Istanbul’s growing specialty scene.
