Julith Coffee & Roastery is a Dubai-born hybrid concept opened in August 2025 in Al Quoz. Combining an in-house glass-walled roastery, brew lounge, concept store and social hub, it is led by multi-time Turkish Barista Champion Serkan Sağsöz. The name means “Just Like This,” reflecting a philosophy of simple, pure and exceptional coffee. Beans are sourced from rare high-altitude and volcanic farms worldwide (including record Best of Panama Geisha lots) and roasted on-site for clarity and balance. Guests can enjoy espresso, V60 pour-overs, rare aged beans, omakase tastings, free work pods and an all-day menu in a light-filled duplex space.
