Faro works with carefully selected European specialty roasters to offer seasonal single-origin coffees prepared as espresso and filter coffee. Beyond serving exceptional coffee, the team promotes transparency, traceability and a deeper understanding of the global coffee supply chain, encouraging guests to make more conscious food and coffee choices through quality, education and hospitality.
