Archers Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery, green coffee trader and SCA- and CQI-accredited coffee academy based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2018 by six friends united by a passion for specialty coffee, Archers built its reputation around high-quality coffees sourced from carefully selected producing partners.
Its portfolio spans origins including Panama, Ethiopia, Colombia, Yemen, Brazil and other specialty coffee regions, with a particular presence of rare micro-lots and competition coffees. Archers describes its roasting philosophy as deliberately delicate, aiming to reveal the intrinsic qualities of terroir, variety and processing rather than mask them. Its Sharjah facility combines roasting, retail, wholesale, coffee education and community events.
