Coffee Sourcing & Philosophy
Gold Box sources specialty coffees from around the world, focusing on traceability, origin character, quality and long-term relationships with coffee producers. The team travels to origin, cups coffees and develops roast profiles designed to highlight distinctive flavour characteristics.

Recyclable packaging, carbon-footprint reduction initiatives, tree planting in Brazil, solar panels and reduced plastic use. Gold Box has also stated that its Dubai operation went through ISO 22000:2018 certification, described by the company as the first specialty coffee roastery in the UAE to obtain it.

Middle East Roasting Champions 2022–2023. Luca Croce: UK Brewers Cup Champion 2023, 2024 and 2025; 4th place World Brewers Cup. Gold Box team members have also won UAE Barista, Latte Art and other national coffee competitions
