How about Coffee is a specialty coffee café and on-site roastery in Lisbon's Areeiro/Alameda neighbourhood, founded by Brazilian couple Tiago and Maíra Silva. Opened in 2019, the café combines specialty coffee with breakfast, brunch and homemade cakes in a relaxed neighbourhood setting. Tiago oversees the coffee programme and roasts coffee on site, with espresso, filter, batch brew, cold brew, nitro and decaf available.

The café also provides a dedicated co-working area, Wi-Fi and outdoor seating, making it suitable for both short coffee stops and longer work sessions. In 2025, How about Coffee was named Portugal's winning café in the European Coffee Trip Awards.
