Founded in Lisbon in 2020, Coffee in Brew is a specialty coffee shop, roastery and coffee school near Marquês de Pombal. Founded by Patricia Moraes, the business combines small-batch roasting with espresso, filter coffee, brunch, tastings and practical brewing workshops. Its rotating selection includes single-origin coffees from producers and farms across origins such as Rwanda, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil and Ethiopia.

Coffee in Brew also provides detailed information about coffee origin, variety, processing and sensory characteristics, while its school offers brewing, tasting and latte-art education. The two-floor café is laptop-friendly and provides free Wi-Fi, outdoor seating and plant-based milk.
