About Orioli Coffee Roasters
Orioli Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery, café and education hub in Lisbon's Alcântara district, built around a direct connection to Fazenda Bagagem in Goiás, Brazil. Founded by agronomist, Arabica Q-Grader and SCA instructor Felipe Orioli, the project brings coffee production, roasting and education together under one roof. Brazilian coffees from the family's farm are roasted on site, with the roasting process visible inside the coffee lab, while a broader selection introduces coffees from other origins. The farm grows multiple Arabica varieties at around 1,100 metres and produces natural, honey, semi-washed and experimental fermentation lots. Alongside espresso and filter coffee, Orioli offers SCA courses and specialty coffee workshops.

Coffee Sourcing & Philosophy
Direct farm-to-cup sourcing centered on Fazenda Bagagem, the Orioli family's coffee farm in Goiás, with additional coffees selected from other origins. The Lisbon lab roasts and blends coffee on site and combines roasting with SCA education and workshops.
Sustainability Highlights
Fazenda Bagagem preserves around 75% of its 1,956-hectare property as natural resources. The farm has reported UTZ and Rainforest sustainability certification and uses natural, semi-washed, honey and experimental fermentation processes.
Awards & Recognition
Fazenda Bagagem received the 26th Illy Coffee Awards regional recognition in 2017. Orioli Coffee was also named Portugal's best coffee shop during Lisbon Coffee Week 2026.
