The roastery sources coffees from origins including Ethiopia, Kenya, Brazil, El Salvador, Indonesia, India and the Democratic Republic of Congo, with a focus on understanding the journey from green coffee sourcing to the finished roast. Alongside specialty coffee, the industrial space combines food, community, motorcycle culture and custom fabrication, creating an experience that goes well beyond a conventional coffee shop.
